本文对人力资源管理中的成本问题进行简要的分析,指出管理成本与效用失衡的表现以及原因,从人力资源管理发展的角度提出了平衡管理成本与效用的方法。希望本文能够为企业人力资源管理工作的发展提供帮助。
This paper briefly analyzes the cost of human resource management and points out the manifestation and reason of the imbalance between management cost and utility, and puts forward a method to balance the cost and utility of management from the perspective of human resource management.
