目的 :研究维甲酸对乳腺癌MCF - 7细胞摄碘功能的影响及其机理。方法 :采用摄碘试验和RT -PCR方法 ,分别对MCF - 7细胞在全反式维甲酸干预前后的最高摄碘量和钠碘共转运子基因的mRNA的表达量进行比较。结果 :经维甲酸干预 ,MCF - 7细胞的摄碘量提高 (p <0 0 1 ) ,hNISmRNA的表达量上调 (p <0 0 1 )。结论 :维甲酸通过上调MCF - 7细胞hNISmRNA的表达 ,可以提高MCF - 7细胞的摄碘功能
Objective: To study the effect of retinoic acid on iodine uptake in breast cancer MCF - 7 cells and its mechanism. Methods: The uptake of iodine and the expression of mRNA of sodium iodide cotransporter genes in MCF - 7 cells before and after all - trans retinoic acid intervention were compared by iodine - iodine test and RT - PCR. Results: After retinoic acid intervention, the uptake of iodine in MCF - 7 cells was increased (p <0.01) and the expression of hNIS mRNA was up - regulated (p <0.01). Conclusion: Retinoic acid can enhance the uptake of iodine by MCF - 7 cells by up - regulating the expression of hNIS mRNA in MCF - 7 cells
