随着社会转型,城镇居民可支配收入的逐年提高,旅游业作为第三产业中污染小,就业带动率高等特点被地方政府大力扶持,但大多古镇的开发和利用主要偏重于经济效益而忽视了可持续的发展经营。本文致力于描写无锡古镇的发展现状,通过对惠山古镇、巡塘古镇、荡口古镇等的调研,研究其在可持续发展和市场经济效益中如何取既保持传统“古”的特色,也能获得一定的经济效益。
With the social transformation, the disposable income of urban residents has been increasing year by year. Tourism, as the tertiary industry with less pollution and higher employment-driven rate, has been vigorously supported by local governments. However, the development and utilization of most ancient towns mainly focus on economic benefits and neglect Sustainable development and management. This article is devoted to describing the development status quo of Wuxi ancient town. Through the research of Huishan ancient town, Xutang ancient town and Sangkou ancient town, this paper studies how to take the traditional “ancient” characteristics in the sustainable development and market economy benefits, Can also get some economic benefits.
