目的调查重庆市某地区卫生系统工作人员的心理卫生状况。方法以重庆市某地区卫生系统773名工作人员为研究对象,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查,以SCL-90总分大于160分为心理症状阳性,并在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、偏执、精神病性9项因子及总均分等方面进行统计分析。结果 773名卫生系统工作人员心理症状阳性率为17.46%(135/773),其中临床护士为23.20%(58/250),临床医生为15.63%(50/320),非临床工作人员为13.30%(27/203)。与中国人常模比较,该地区卫生系统工作人员在躯体化症状及强迫症状方面得分明显偏高(P<0.05),而在人际关系和偏执方面得分明显偏低(P<0.01);区级卫生单位工作人员在偏执方面得分高于卫生院工作人员(P<0.05),而在其他8项因子及总均分方面明显高于卫生院工作人员(P<0.01);临床护士在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性及总均分方面明显高于临床医生(P<0.01),而在躯体化、人际关系、恐怖、偏执及精神病性等方面二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);临床护士在总均分及各项因子得分均高于非临床工作人员(P<0.05)。结论该地区卫生系统工作人员多项因子得分与中国常模比较有明显差异,临床工作人员心理卫生状况较非临床工作人员差,尤其临床护士的心理卫生状况更差。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of health system staff in a certain area of Chongqing. Methods A total of 773 staffs in a health system in a certain area of Chongqing were investigated. SCL-90 was used to investigate the SCL- Interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoid, psychotic 9 factors and the total average score for statistical analysis. Results The positive rate of psychological symptoms among 773 health system workers was 17.46% (135/773), including 23.20% (58/250) for clinical nurses, 15.63% (50/320) for clinicians and 13.30% for non-clinical staff (27/203). Compared with Chinese norm, the scores of somatization and obsessive-compulsive symptoms were significantly higher (P <0.05), while the scores of interpersonal relationship and paranoid were significantly lower (P <0.01) Health workers in paranoia scores higher than hospital staff (P <0.05), while in the other eight factors and the total average score was significantly higher than the staff of the hospital (P <0.01); clinical nurses in the coercion, depression (P <0.01), while there was no significant difference in somatization, interpersonal relationship, horror, paranoid and psychosis between anxiety, hostility and total score (P <0.01). Clinical nurses in the total average score and various factors were higher than non-clinical staff (P <0.05). Conclusions There are significant differences in scores of multiple factors of health system staff in the region compared with that of Chinese norm. The mental health status of clinical staff is worse than that of non-clinical staff, especially the mental health status of clinical nurses.
