水吹灰是清除炉膛水冷壁灰垢的一种有效方法。水吹灰对炉膛受热面的热效应以及对水冷壁管金属的影响,在光管水冷壁上已进行过综合性的试验研究。近年来,大量使用整体焊接的膜式水冷壁锅炉,其中包括使用易结焦燃料,水吹灰对这些锅炉有更大的作用。同样运行条件下,整体焊接水冷壁的金属应力状态比光管更复杂。这里将周期性水吹灰时,膜式水冷壁试验段金属的试验结果阐述如下,藉以确定水吹灰对管子的损坏、外部裂纹的加速作用以及对金属的组织结构和机械性能的影响。
Water soot ash is an effective method to remove ash from the water wall in the furnace. The effect of water-blown ash on the heating surface of the furnace hearth and the influence on the metal of the water-cooled wall tube have been comprehensively studied on the water-cooled wall of the light pipe. In recent years, extensive use of integral welded membrane wall water wall boilers, including the use of coking fuel, water soot blowing on these boilers have a greater role. Under the same operating conditions, the overall metal stress state of the water wall is more complicated than the light pipe. The periodic water-blown ash test results of the film-type water-cooled wall test section are set forth as follows, in order to determine the water-blown ash damage to the pipe, the acceleration of external cracks and the effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the metal.
