我公司是山东电力集团公司的全资子公司,具有一级资质的电力施工企业。1992年公司在送变电施工企业中较早地推行了项目法施工,并根据公司的实际情况不断加以完善。几年来,公司推行项目法施工管理的指导思想是:通过基建施工管理改革,促进企业逐步适应市场经济发展的要求;通过项目法管理,提高企业内部各环节的经营意识,重点是成本核算,最终实现经济效益的提高;按照项目进行人员管理,实现内部劳务市场,形成竞争机制。在推行过程中不生搬硬套,不做表面文章,以抓改革促进管理水平的提高,以管理水平的提高保证改革的顺利进行。
Our company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Electric Power Corporation and has a first-class qualified electric power construction company. In 1992, the company implemented the project method construction earlier in the transmission and transformation of construction companies, and continued to improve according to the actual situation of the company. In the past few years, the guiding ideology of the company’s implementation of project law for construction management has been to promote the company’s gradual adaptation to the requirements of market economy development through infrastructure construction management reforms; to improve management awareness through the project law, and to focus on cost accounting. Realize the improvement of economic efficiency; carry out personnel management according to the project, realize the internal labor market, and form a competition mechanism. In the process of implementation, no hard-wearing, no superficial articles will be made, so as to promote the improvement of the management level of the reform and to ensure the smooth progress of the reform with the improvement of the management level.
