利用饮用DAHP(10-2M)造成高血压大鼠模型,尾压法测定大鼠血压,离体血管环检测血管内皮依赖性舒张功能。结果:给予DAHP饮用大鼠尾压明显升高(P<0·05),血管内皮依赖舒张功能下降(P<0·05);罗格列酮预处理(2mg/kg×14d)大鼠血压明显低于模型组(P<0·05),血管内皮依赖舒张功能改善(P<0·05)。结论:罗格列酮通过增强一氧化氮生物效应,从而改善血管内皮功能,胰岛素增敏剂在高血压的治疗中具有进一步提高的意义。
Hypertensive rat models were induced by drinking DAHP (10-2M), blood pressure was measured by tail pressure method, and endothelium-dependent vasodilation was detected by isolated vascular rings. Results: Tail pressure of DAHP drinking rats was significantly increased (P <0.05), endothelium-dependent vasodilation was decreased (P <0.05), and rosiglitazone pretreatment (2mg / kg × 14d) (P <0.05), and the endothelium-dependent vasodilation was improved (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Rosiglitazone improves vascular endothelial function by enhancing the biological effects of nitric oxide and insulin sensitizers have further significance in the treatment of hypertension.
