刚刚在去年底登陆港股的万达商业地产,又宣布将在A股市场挂牌。按照万达商业(03699.HK)的公告显示,再过几天(8月18日),万达商业H股股东和内资股东将汇聚万达北京总部,商议万达商业在A股发行方案。根据此前公告,万达商业地产将向中国证监会等相关监管机构申请发行最多3亿股A股,预计总募集资金不超过120亿元。这距离去年7月2日,万达商业地产因“未更新申报材料终止审核”放弃A股上市的决定,刚好过去一年。
