抗战时期,基于夺取抗战胜利以及推动中国革命的需要,中国共产党对民主党派问题给予了前所未有的关注。尤其是在抗战全面爆发后,为维系、巩固抗日民族统一战线以及动员一切力量争取抗战的胜利,中国共产党对各民主党派采取团结争取的策略,并把他们看作合作抗日的友党。这促成了中国共产党与民主党派在政治上更加亲密无间,也为日后民主党派完全放弃第三条道路奠定了良好的历史基础。
During the war of resistance against Japan, the Chinese Communists paid unprecedented attention to the issue of the democratic parties for the sake of winning the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and promoting the Chinese revolution. In particular, in order to maintain and consolidate the anti-Japanese national united front and to mobilize all forces for the victory of the war of resistance against Japan, especially after the outbreak of the anti-Japanese war, the Chinese Communist Party adopted the strategy of uniting and winning all democratic parties and regarded them as friends for the anti-Japanese cooperation. This has led to a more political closeness between the Chinese Communist Party and the democratic parties and laid a good historical foundation for the complete abandonment of the third road by the democratic parties in the future.
