目前,北方小麦已在返青,南方小麦正在旺盛生长,除及时做好一切返青前后的工作外,请特别抓紧下列各项工作:一、已发生干旱的地区,要做好抗旱防旱工作。在有灌溉设施的地方,要特别注意水库蓄水工作、排灌机械修配工作、田间工程及节约用水等,保证小麦需水关键季节的灌溉,使现有的水利设施发挥最大的效益。在没有水利设施的地方,要注意做好保墒工作,配合抗旱兴修水利,扩大麦田灌溉面积。南方麦区要注意清沟排水,防止春雨成涝。
