从结构设计和真空获得两方面介绍了HIRFL-CSR磁元件真空室样机的研制过程,给出了力学计算和实验结果。样机达到了10-10Pa的超高真空度,研制结果表明HIRFL-CSR工程大型超高真空系统获得6×10-9Pa的设计指标是可行的。
From the perspective of structural design and vacuum obtaining, the development process of HIRFL-CSR magnetic element vacuum chamber prototype is introduced. The mechanical calculation and experimental results are given. The prototype achieved ultra-high vacuum of 10-10Pa. The research results show that it is feasible to obtain the design index of 6 × 10-9Pa for HIRFL-CSR large-scale ultra-high vacuum system.
