目的:建立乙肝扶正胶囊中白藜芦醇的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),乙腈-水(22∶78)为流动相,流速:1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为306nm,柱温:30℃。结果:白藜芦醇在0.01032~0.2064μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:Y=7.893×104X+1.236×104,r=0.9998。平均回收率为99.78%(n=9)。结论:本法准确可靠,可作为乙肝扶正胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of resveratrol in BJT Fuzheng capsules. Methods: The column was a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water (22:78) as the mobile phase, flow rate: 1.0 mL·min-1, detection wavelength at 306 nm, and column temperature at 30°C. RESULTS: Resveratrol showed good linearity in the range of 0.01032-0.2064 μg. The regression equation was: Y=7.893×104X+1.236×104, r=0.9998. The average recovery rate was 99.78% (n=9). Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable, and it can be used as a method for quality control of B.
