I actually accepted this task, which in itself proves that I am too concerned about myself. In recent weeks, however, I have always been thinking of how to accomplish the task or how to get out of this task. Later, Chinese friends published papers gave me an inspiration. They admitted that they had made a serious mistake. In our area, I suggest that you do the same. Therefore, my speech will focus on the major mistakes made in matters that we have already done and what the Office did not do. It is these mistakes that have hindered the full utilization of the economic potential of the developing countries. We have also reviewed this have never done it.
