在目前硬合金片相当缺乏的情祝下废合金片的利用有它独特的意义。下面介绍几种在我矿推行有效的废合金片嵌接方法:一、经过数次研磨,钎片只剩到5公厘而形成废片(图1)将它一割为二,把中间弧形突出部分用火花研磨机磨平,然后横放在槽内,四块併成一个钎头(图2)。併成的这种形式的合金钎头,由于块与块之间是平面接触,片与糟之间大部分也成平面接触,孔隙很小,所以焊接的结果是比较坚固的。二、经过鑿岩而将钎头打坏,形成破片,利用其大部分:(一)钎头刚使用不久即被打坏,利用其被打坏的大部分:1.掉一角(图3)或中间破坏、(图4),掉一角时,则取其大部分,将不齐处磨平,然后倒臥放在槽
