2002年至2004年,中国和东盟双边贸易额以年均38.9%的速度增长。2004年。双边贸易额达到1059亿美元,提前一年实现了双边贸易额突破1000亿美元的目标。在双边经贸合作不断深化的基础上,中国-东盟自由贸易区建设进程进一步加快,特别是今年7月启动了中国-东盟自由贸易区降税计划。标志着中国-东盟自由贸易区进入全面实质性的实施阶段。
From 2002 to 2004, bilateral trade between China and ASEAN grew at an average annual rate of 38.9%. year 2004. The bilateral trade volume reached 105.9 billion U.S. dollars, a year earlier with the goal of exceeding 100 billion U.S. dollars in bilateral trade volume. On the basis of deepening bilateral economic and trade cooperation, the process of building the China-ASEAN free trade zone has been further accelerated. In particular, the tax cuts for the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area were launched in July this year. It marks the entry of China-ASEAN free trade zone into an all-round substantive stage of implementation.
