用中性和酸性盐雾试验模拟了海洋大气中11%Cr铁素体不锈钢的腐蚀环境,测试了不同含量稀土元素对11%Cr铁素体不锈钢的抗点蚀性能,利用扫面电镜、光镜等手段对试验钢的夹杂物、蚀坑进行了研究。研究结果表明,Cl-环境对11%Cr铁素体不锈钢的耐蚀性不利;随着稀土含量的增加,不锈钢的耐点蚀性提高,这是由于稀土球化变质的作用。
The corrosion environment of 11% Cr ferritic stainless steel in the marine atmosphere was simulated by neutral and acid salt spray test. The anti-pitting corrosion resistance of 11% Cr ferritic stainless steel with different contents of rare earth elements was tested. Scanning electron microscopy Mirror and other means of test steel inclusions, pits were studied. The results show that the corrosion resistance of 11% Cr ferritic stainless steel is not favorable for Cl-environment. With the increase of rare earth content, the pitting resistance of stainless steel increases, which is due to the effect of rare earth spheroidization.
