检警一体模式作为检察机关侦查监督制度的一种形式,这种模式是否科学、在我国究竟是否适用,学界对其争论已久。本文从有代表性的大陆法系国家的相关制度设置入手,对检警一体模式进行分析、评价。
As a form of procuratorial organ’s investigation and supervision system, whether the model is scientific or not is applicable in our country. The academic circles have been arguing for a long time. This article starts with the establishment of relevant systems of representative continental law countries and analyzes and evaluates the integrated pattern of prosecutors and police.
