一九八四年六月在蓉召开了某型飞机座舱盖整体骨架仿型加工工艺及仿型铣床技术鉴定会。出席会议的有部内外16个单位的35名代表。航空工业部的领导同志与四川省航空工业局的领导同志也出席了会议。座舱盖整体骨架,由于其尺寸大(1250×820×500毫米)、外形复杂、协调精度要求高,给加工带来很大困难。采用常规工艺方法效率低,钳工工作量大,而且质量不易保证,不能满足战备和外贸要求,成为生产中的一大关键。
In June 1984, a model aircraft cockpit cover skeleton modeling process and a profiling milling machine technology appraisal meeting were held in Chengdu. 35 representatives from 16 units inside and outside the department attended the meeting. The leading comrades of the Ministry of Aviation Industry and leaders of Sichuan Aviation Administration also attended the meeting. Due to its large size (1250 × 820 × 500 mm), the overall skeleton of the cockpit cover is complex in shape and requires high coordination precision, which brings great difficulties to the processing. The use of conventional methods inefficient, fitter workload, and the quality is not easy to ensure that can not meet the requirements of combat readiness and foreign trade has become a key production.
