对某矿两起硫化矿尘爆炸机理进行了研究,发现高硫矿床分段崩落采矿法开采过程中矿尘爆炸的点火源是采场V形堑沟底部结构内三角矿堆的氧化自燃。提出用不含硫的废石混凝土在采场底部V形堑沟内构筑三角堆,替换V形堑沟底部结构内的桃柱体,使出矿口处不聚热,消去点火源。结果表明,出矿口处矿石温度明显降低,由最高时的48℃降至31℃,同时V形堑沟内不存留三角堆矿石,使矿石损失率由39%降到38%。
The explosion mechanism of two sulfide ores and dusts in a mine has been studied. It is found that the ignition source of mine dust explosion during the mining of high sulfur deposits is the spontaneous combustion of the triangular ores in the bottom structure of the V-shaped trench. It is proposed that the triangular pile should be constructed in the V-shaped trench at the bottom of the stope to replace the peach cylinder in the bottom structure of the V-shaped trenches with non-sulfur waste rock concrete so as to eliminate the heat source and eliminate the ignition source. The results show that the temperature of the ore at the ore outlet decreases obviously from 48 ℃ to 31 ℃ at the maximum, and there is no triangular pyrite ore in the V-shaped trench. The ore loss rate is reduced from 39% to 38%.
