在以深冷法用空气分离设备提取氩气的生产过程中,氩塔流程的组分时刻在变化。为了实现优质高产,需要对氩塔中的 O_2、N_2组分进行常量分析,以便根据分析结果,及时进行调整。此外利用氩气冶炼特殊钢材及利用氩气作焊接保护气时,也都需要控制氩气中的 O_2、N_2含量,以保证钢材质量和焊接质量。SQG-Ar01型氩塔工业色谱仪可接在粗氩塔流程上,连续、自动地分析粗氩中的 O_2、N_2含量,也可手动进样,做实验室色谱仪使用。
In the cryogenic process with the use of air separation plant to extract argon gas production process, argon column flow components of the moment.
