文章从“理性经济人”经济博弈的角度,深入剖析了目前我国证券市场存在诚信危机的内在根源,揭示了制度失衡的囚徒博弈抉择,论证了治理诚信危机是解决证券市场危机的治本手段之一,并据此提出了强效的制度改革建议.
