在巴润精矿中添加有机添加剂经过圆盘造球机制成球团试样,分别探究添加剂对巴润精矿球团矿强度及还原行为的影响。研究结果表明,由于添加剂低温吸水,造球过程提高了其粘度及吸附力,加强了粒子间的凝聚力,使得生球落下强度,生球、干球抗压强度均趋于增大。在1 250℃焙烧后的成品球试样中,添加剂可在高温下分解产生气体,试样孔隙率逐步增大,由35.08%增加到60.23%,促使球团内部组织结构疏松,所能承受的载荷减小,导致成品球抗压强度随添加剂含量的增加而降低,由2 076.8 N/个降至1 344 N/个。但孔隙率的增大使还原性气体充分接触球团矿面积,并吸收球团矿还原过程铁氧化物晶体的膨胀与铁晶须生长,使球团矿还原膨胀率由44.28%降低至34.47%,同时其还原度由57.83%增加至64.89%。
In Baurun concentrate, organic additives were added into pellets samples through a ball pelletizer to investigate the effects of additives on the strength and reduction behavior of pellets.
