企业是弘扬企业家精神重要载体,是建设小康社会重要基础。研究表明,企业家精神对组织绩效具有正向间接影响,说明企业家精神发挥程度越高,越有利于组织绩效提升;转型背景下苏北地区企业家精神具备独特性,企业家精神通过两种路径对全面小康社会产生显著影响;企业家精神只有以开拓能力为中介变量,才能显著提升组织绩效、夯实苏北五市建设全面小康社会的物质文明与精神文明基础;开拓能力通过探索能力和开发能力对全面小康社会建设产生显著影响。研究结果对于丰富和完善企业家精神与组织绩效理论,推动苏北地区全面建成小康社会具有重要的现实意义。
