杉木叶枯病的病原菌经2902块病株组织分离培养结果:得到炭疽菌(ColletotrichumSP)25.5%,细菌(Pseudomonas cunnigh-amiae Sp)27%,多毛孢菌(Pestalozzia Sp)5.7%,交链孢菌(Alternaria Sp)3.9%。炭疽菌对刺伤、擦伤、灼伤处理都可发病,无伤发病轻微;细菌对擦伤,灼伤处理发病明显;无伤不发病;多毛孢菌灼伤发病重,刺伤擦伤发病轻微;交链孢菌刺伤擦伤仅有轻度反应。即上述几种菌体直接侵染能力很低,只有存在伤口的情况下才能侵染发病。立地条件
