本文对燃油费附加的实质作了一定程度的剖析,揭示了目前各大航空公司一方面按规定收取燃油费附加,另一方面却又采取竞相对机票打折的原因。笔者认为燃油费附加表面上是航空公司为防范国际油价上涨的一种应急措施但实际上更是一种与机票打折相结合的巧妙的定价技巧。然而这种经营策略的作用毕竟是有限的,从长远角度看我国的航空公司还是应该通过提高运营效率和科学用油的方法来应对国际油价的波动和获取行业竞争优势。
This paper analyzes the essence of the additional fuel surcharge to a certain extent, revealing the reasons why the major airlines currently charge fuel surcharges on the one hand and discount airfares on the other. In my opinion, the additional fuel costs on the surface of the airlines to prevent rising international oil prices, but an emergency measure is actually a combination of discount air tickets clever pricing techniques. However, the role of this business strategy is limited after all. In the long term, Chinese airlines should respond to fluctuations in international oil prices and obtain competitive advantages in the industry by improving operational efficiency and scientifically using oil.
