拙文《办学断想》(与余秋雨教授合撰)在《上海成人教育》刊出后,不少社会办学同仁谬加褒奖之余,希望就此课题的审美文化内核及实施手段再展开一些讨论。其实艺术美育的根本目的,正是要建构一种集审美价值观念、行为模式和信仰理想于一体的、全社会的审美文化体系;而要达到这一目的,仅依靠普通学校教育是远远不够的,必须延伸及更为宽广的成人教育领域并辅以合理有效的措施,才能使民族文化进入一个崭新的理想的形态。
My essay “Running School Thinks” (co-written with Professor Yu Qiuyu) After the publication of “Shanghai Adult Education”, quite a few social business colleagues mistakenly added their compliments and hoped to start some discussions on the aesthetic and cultural core of this issue and the means of implementation. In fact, the fundamental purpose of art aesthetic education is precisely to establish a aesthetic culture system that integrates aesthetic values, behavioral patterns and belief ideals and society as a whole. To achieve this goal, it is far from sufficient to rely on ordinary school education It is necessary to extend and broaden the field of adult education supplemented by reasonable and effective measures to bring the national culture into a new ideal form.
