应用未标记抗体桥联技术-碱性磷酸酶、单克隆抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP),可以解决因血细胞胞含有内源性酶造成的非特异性染色的困难,可获满意结果。应用APAAP对34例献血员和16例患者的外周血和BALF的淋巴细胞标记CD_5、CD_4和CD_8,结果良好。
Application of unlabeled antibody bridging technique - alkaline phosphatase and monoclonal anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) can solve the problem of nonspecific staining due to endogenous enzymes in the blood cells, and satisfactory results can be obtained. APAAP was used to label CD_5, CD_4 and CD_8 of lymphocytes in peripheral blood and BALF from 34 blood donors and 16 patients with good results.
