本文首先简要综述汽油机的发展方向和射流燃烧技术的特点、工作原理,而后主要介绍了X492QS汽油机射流燃烧室、气缸盖的设计和伏尔加4021.10车用发动机改装X492QS气缸盖后的试验研究工作,初步试验结果表明,改装后,发动机的经济性和动力性都有一定的改善:外特性最低比油耗由原机305g/kW·h降到292g/kW·h,最大功率和最大扭矩分别由原机的65.3kW和171.5N·m提高到67.5kW和182.8N·m;排气中有害气体排放浓度远低于国标限值。
This paper first briefly reviews the development direction of gasoline engine and the characteristics and working principle of jet combustion technology. Then it mainly introduces the design of X492QS gasoline engine jet combustor and cylinder head and the experimental study of Volga 4021.10 engine with X492QS cylinder head. The preliminary test results show that after the modification, the economy and power of the engine all have some improvement: the minimum fuel consumption of the external characteristic is reduced from 305g / kWh to 292g / kWh, the maximum power and the maximum torque are respectively from the original Machine 65.3kW and 171.5N · m increased to 67.5kW and 182.8N · m; exhaust gas concentrations of harmful emissions far below the national standard limits.
