开展企业用人指导,是实现人力资源合理配置的一种方式,有效地开展用人指导工作,需要企业、员工、职业指导人员三方共同努力。当前,企业的用人需求存在较大缺口,人力市场供给又相对充足,为缓解这一矛盾,企业用人指导就显得尤为重要。本文主要论述企业用人指导的重要性及其意义,描述当前企业在用人上的一些困境以及在用人指导上的不足,并提出企业用人指导建议。一、目前国内企业选人、用人的现状及存在的问题
Carrying out employment guidance for enterprises is a way to realize the rational allocation of human resources. Effective employment guidance requires the joint efforts of enterprises, employees and career guidance personnel. At present, there is a big gap between employers’ needs in the enterprise and a relatively sufficient supply in the labor market. In order to alleviate this contradiction, it is particularly important for enterprises to employ personnel to guide them. This article mainly discusses the importance and significance of the employment guidance of enterprises, describes the dilemmas of the current employment and the lack of guidance on the employment, and puts forward the suggestions of employing guidance. First, the current situation of domestic enterprises selection, employment and existing problems
