在中国民航50余年的发展历程中,发生二等和重大飞行事故131起,其中违章操作的就有94起,占全部飞行事故的72%。从72%这个数字中不难看出,违章操作已成为威胁民航安全的最大杀手,是阻碍航空业发展的绊脚石。在这131起二等以上事故中,尽管没有因货运因素而导致的。但作为一名货运人,深感肩上的担子很重,绝不能因货运没有发生二等以上事故而掉以轻心,存有侥幸的心理,更不能因此而麻痹大意。
In the course of more than 50 years of civil aviation in China, there were 131 second-class and major flight accidents, of which 94 were illegal operations, accounting for 72% of all flight accidents. It is not difficult to see from the figure of 72% that illegal operation has become the biggest killer of civil aviation safety and a stumbling block to the development of the aviation industry. In these 131 second-class and above accidents, though not caused by the factors of freight. However, as a freight forwarder, I feel deeply burdened with heavy shoulders and must not be taken lightly and fortunate enough to have taken the second and above-mentioned accidents in cargo transportation. Nor should it be paralyzed.
