宽容并非毫无原则的退让,也应把握好宽容的“度”。每个学生由于受遗传因素和后天生活条件、学习环境的影响,必然存在着一定的差异。对待学生,我们要有爱心、耐心、信心和责任心,根据学生的不同生理特点和心理特点及在学习上的不同需求,因生而异、因材施教,以保证在人格上得到良好的熏陶。
Tolerance is not a principle of concession, but also should hold a tolerant “degree ”. Each student due to genetic factors and acquired life conditions, the learning environment, there must be some differences. To treat students, we must have compassion, patience, confidence and sense of responsibility. According to students’ different physiological and psychological characteristics and their different needs in learning, students should be taught in accordance with their aptitudes so as to ensure that they have a good influence on their personality.
