本文报告一例男性41岁患者。临床主要表现为全身浅表淋巴结进行性肿大、发热、贫血、肝脾肿大。曾行剖腹探查,未能确诊。后经淋巴结活检、骨髓多次检查,确诊为嗜酸细胞性白血病。经用 HOAP 方案化疗无效,病情恶化,以后出现血性腹水,肾功能衰竭死亡。此型白血病临床少见。本文复习有关文献,就该病的诊断、鉴别诊断及有关治疗进行了讨论。
This article reports a 41-year-old male patient. Clinical manifestations of systemic superficial lymph nodes progressive enlargement, fever, anemia, hepatosplenomegaly. Caesarean section exploration, failed to diagnose. After lymph node biopsy, bone marrow multiple inspections, diagnosed as eosinophilic leukemia. Chemotherapy with HOAP ineffective, exacerbations, after bloody ascites, renal failure and death. This type of leukemia clinically rare. This review of the literature, the diagnosis of the disease, differential diagnosis and related treatment were discussed.
