采用细胞染色体畸变、血清生化毒理以及病理组织学方法,观察了四甲基吡嗪的慢性毒性作用。每日平均经饮水投予每只大鼠20mg/kg体重的四甲基吡嗪,连续6个月。结果发现实验组和对照组相比,血清球蛋白减少(P<0.05),血清肌酐、血糖增加(P<0.05),7-乙氧基香豆素羟化酶活力有增加趋势,值得重视。对四甲基吡嗪作为保健类药物的作用,作出了否定性结论
