毛泽东同志在独立探索中国社会主义文化建设的新思路中,初步形成了社会主义文化观,为中国文化建设和发展的诸多理念、方针和政策奠定了理论依据和思想基础。邓小平同志继承和发展了毛泽东社会主义观,初步形成中国特色社会主义文化观。随着改革逐步深入,面临复杂多变的国际文化发展环境,先进的中国共产党人不断调整中国文化发展战略,制定符合中国实际的方针和政策,加深了对文化发展规律的认识和把握,不断创新和升华文化理论。
