目的:探讨氟化钠薄膜防龋的可行性。方法:测量新鲜牛牙釉质块在氟化钠薄膜、氟化钠溶液中进行矿化试验和抗龋试验后的表面显微硬度。结果:矿化试验前、后的釉质表面显微硬度相比,用氟化钠薄膜组增加率为27.5%,用氟化钠溶液组增加率为22.6%。抗龋试验前、后的釉质表面显微硬度相比,用氟化钠薄膜组降低率为24.7%,用氟化钠溶液组降低率为22.1%,空白对照组降低率为60.7%。结论:用氟化钠薄膜改善釉质表面显微硬度,与氟化钠溶液具有相同效果,有可能作为一种便于使用的防龋的氟化物保护方法
Objective: To explore the feasibility of anti-caries of sodium fluoride film. Methods: The surface microhardness of fresh bovine enamel in mineralized and anti-carious experiments in sodium fluoride and sodium fluoride solutions was measured. Results: Compared with the enamel surface microhardness before and after the mineralization test, the increase rate was 27.5% in the sodium fluoride film group and 22.6% in the sodium fluoride solution group. Compared with the enamel surface microhardness before and after the anticaries test, the reduction rate was 24.7% in the sodium fluoride film group, 22.1% in the sodium fluoride solution group, and 60% in the blank control group .7%. CONCLUSIONS: The use of sodium fluoride thin films to improve the enamel surface microhardness, which has the same effect as sodium fluoride solution, may serve as an easy-to-use anti-caries fluoride protection method
