市场基础性制度是市场有效价格机制形成的基础,是市场交易主体公平公正交易的平台,是市场主体在交易过程中财富不被掠夺的保护机制。我们可以看到,尽管近年来国内金融改革取得了很大成绩,但国内的金融改革越是深化,资本市场所面临的困难与问题就越多。其原因就在于没有了解到国内资本市场问题的根本所在。没有从资本市场的基础性制度入手。
