由上海第二建筑材料公司研制的ZHQ—93型轻质建筑平板切割机日前开发成功,并已在浙江申海建筑材料厂投入使用.由于轻质建筑平板具有轻质、高强、不裂、隔热、隔音、防火、干湿变形小,可加工性能好等一系列优点,日益受到建筑业的青睐,得到越来越广泛的应用,但轻质建筑平板大多采用抄取法或流浆法生产,因此其外形尺寸精度较差,对施工安装带来诸多不便.上海第二建筑材料公司针对轻质建筑平板的生产特点以及施工对材料精度的要求设计研制的ZHQ—93型轻板纵横切割机组较好地解决
