中国共产党与西方政党有着本质的不同,共产党不能照搬西方政党的运作模式。但应当承认,作为人类政治文明发展的一种重要模式,西方政党制度必然包含着反映民主政治的某些共性的、带有规律性的东西,需要我们客观对待,开展不同政党之间的比较研究,对加强中国共产党的自身建设、提高执政能力和领导水平大有裨益。
The Communist Party of China and the Western political parties are fundamentally different. The Communist Party can not copy the mode of operation of the western political parties. However, it should be acknowledged that as an important model of the development of human political civilization, the western political party system must contain some common and regular things that reflect democratic politics. We need to treat it objectively and carry out comparative studies among different political parties , Which is of great benefit to strengthening the CPC’s self-construction and improving its governing capability and leadership.
