通过分析同一发芽率相同或不同实际差距下的95%置信区间发现,种子发芽试验结果的置信区间大小由发芽试验结果的平均数标准差决定,同一实际差距下的发芽试验结果的置信区间不一定相同。当平均数的标准差较大时,为确保试验结果的可靠性,必要时应重新进行发芽试验予以验证。
By analyzing 95% confidence intervals of the same or different actual differences in the same germination rate, the confidence interval of the results of seed germination test is determined by the standard deviation of the mean of the germination test results. The confidence intervals of the germination test results under the same actual difference are not certain the same. When the standard deviation of the average is large, in order to ensure the reliability of the test results, germination tests should be carried out again to verify if necessary.
