本研究通过创伤性实验,探索有效表达心泵力效应的无创伤检测方法,分析外周压力波和心室压力波间的联系。在麻醉开胸狗上,同时记录左心室压力波和前肢肱动脉压力波。用不同程度低氧和α,β受体激动剂条件造成不同压力水平,观察肢体压力和心室压力间的反应。结果显示外周压力波和左心室压力波对不同刺激反应是同步的,两波的峰值相关性好,相关系数τ=0.98(P<0.001),回归方程式:Y=1.001x-5.82。从外周压力波可衍导出反映左室力效应的心力环、压力-速度环和舒缩谐调环。本研究结果提示有可能从肢体压力波拾取左心室压力的信息,并为进一步过渡到应用无创伤性方法提供了动物实验依据。
In this study, traumatic experiments to explore the effective expression of cardiac pump effect of non-invasive detection methods to analyze the relationship between peripheral pressure wave and ventricular pressure wave. Anesthetic thoracotomy dogs, while recording left ventricular pressure wave and forearm brachial artery pressure wave. With different degrees of hypoxia and α, β receptor agonist conditions caused by different pressure levels, limb pressure and ventricular pressure was observed between the reaction. The results showed that peripheral pressure wave and left ventricular pressure wave were synchronized to different stimulus responses. The peak correlation between the two waveforms was good. The correlation coefficient was 0.98 (P <0.001). The regression equation was Y = 1.001x-5.82. From the peripheral pressure wave can be derived to reflect the left ventricular pressure effect of heart ring, pressure-velocity ring and Shu-tune harmonic ring. The results of this study suggest that it is possible to pick up information of left ventricular pressure from limb pressure waves and provide animal experimental evidence for further transition to the application of noninvasive methods.
