采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对苏叶、苏梗和苏子挥发油的化学成分分别进行了分析。共鉴定出紫苏醛、紫苏醇、反式-丁香烯、十六烷酸等65个化合物,并测定了各成分在挥发油中的百分含量。
Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oils of Su Ye, Su Dong and Su Zi. A total of 65 compounds such as perilla aldehyde, perillyl alcohol, trans-syringene, and hexadecanoic acid were identified, and the percentage of each component in volatile oil was determined.
