《中共中央关于进一步繁荣发展哲学社会科学的意见》,从全面建设小康社会、开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的战略高度,科学总结了我国改革开放以来哲学社会科学的经验,进一步明确了哲学社会科学的重要地位及繁荣发展哲学社会科学事业的指导方针、总体目标、重要任务,提出了一系列重大措施。这是当前和今后一个时期繁荣发展哲学社会科学的纲领性文件,对于哲学社会科学的繁荣发展有着极其重要的指导意义。
