大麦抗黄花叶病(BYMV)性在杂交后代中的稳定性初探

1982年利用六棱抗大麦黄花叶病(Barley Yellow Mosaic Virus)品种鹿岛麦、嵊县无芒六棱、二棱耐病品种77-130,81-66,如东早3选盐选③作亲本杂交,选得F_5耐抗BYMV二棱品系1、2、3。分别混合繁殖增代,分世代室内保存。1988年F_(7~15)9个世代、1991年F_(8~19)12个世代在上海市农业科学院病圃进行抗病性鉴定。二年结果表明,感病对照品种株发病率均为100%,黄化分别为2级和3级;品系1各世代发病率为0.48%~2.68%;品系2为0%~1.75%,发病单株均未黄化;品系3未发病。耐、抗BYMV的品系抗病性不因世代增加而下降,耐、抗病性稳定。说明大麦抗BYMV育种是有效的。二年试验中,品系1、2的株发病率、感病对照品种的黄化程度不一致,前者由于1987年11月下旬气温偏高,降雨量较多,后者由于翌年1月上旬气温偏低;另外可能是因不同病圃病毒株系不同所造成。培育高抗品种选用适宜的抗源亲本是重要的。各世代与产量间的相关系数(0.168,0.170,0.300)不显著。 In 1982 the use of hexagonal barley yellow mosaic disease (Barley Yellow Mosaic Virus) varieties Kashima Shimane, Shengxian no Mangleng, two-sided tolerance varieties 77-130, 81-66, such as the early three salt selection ③ as parents Hybridization, selected F_5 resistant BYMV two ribs strains 1,2,3. Resistance and resistance to BYMV strains did not decrease due to increased generations, and resistance and disease resistance were stable. It is indicated that barley is resistant to BYMV breeding. In the two-year trial, the strain incidence of lines 1 and 2 was inconsistent with the yellowing degree of susceptible varieties. The former was due to the high temperature and heavy rainfall in late November 1987, the latter due to the low temperature in early January of the following year ; Other may be due to different nursery virus strains caused by different. It is important to cultivate high resistant varieties to choose proper anti-source parents. The correlation coefficients (0.168, 0.170, 0.300) between each generation and the yield were not significant.
