1裂纹的发现2012年6月8日,酒钢特种设备检测中心检验人员在对酒钢一台20m~3的储气罐进行全面检验中,发现容器腿式支座与容器壳体焊接连接处的油漆表面存在目视可见的裂纹,且该容器四条支腿的同一部位的油漆表面均出现了可见裂纹。决定用角磨机将开裂部位的油漆打磨掉,以便于进一步检查确认。将油漆打磨去除后并未完全露出金属光泽,在支腿与容器壳体焊接连接的整条角焊缝中存在着断断续续的白色软质物质,经仔细辨认实为建筑装饰用的腻子。继续扩大打磨区域后,发现支腿与容器壳体焊接连接的角焊缝下
