套管开窗侧钻井能有效节约钻井成本,延长老井生产时间,提高老井产能,达到增产、增效的目的,因此该技术成为油田老井增产的主要开发手段,吐哈油田部署了20多口开窗侧钻井,针对前期开窗侧钻井中存在的施工工艺复杂,小井眼钻头选型困难,轨迹难控制,事故复杂多发等问题,通过优化井眼准备工序和开窗施工工序、优选个性化PDC钻头、完善开窗作业规程、优化定向钻具组合、优配定向钻头和井下动力钻具等技术的应用,在实际施工中取得了明显的效果,形成了套管开窗侧钻配套技术。
