目前加压真空检漏法已广泛应用于航天器的总漏率测试中,其应用的前提是此种方法必须是线性的。因此,研究该种方法的线性具有重要的工程意义。文中首先通过建立加压真空检漏法的数学模型,得到了被检件的漏率与加压真空检漏系统输出值之间的线性定量关系;其次,通过试验手段,进一步证明了加压真空检漏法的线性性。研究结果表明:加压真空检漏法具有较好的线性性能,可以准确地测试被检件的总漏率。
Currently pressurized vacuum leak detection method has been widely used in the spacecraft total leak rate test, the application of the premise that such methods must be linear. Therefore, studying the linearity of this method has important engineering significance. Firstly, by establishing the mathematical model of pressurized vacuum leak detection method, the linear quantitative relationship between leak rate and the output value of pressurized vacuum leak detection system was obtained. Secondly, by means of experiments, it was further proved that pressurized vacuum Linearity of the leak detection method. The results show that the pressurized vacuum leak detection method has good linearity performance and can accurately test the total leak rate of the tested object.
