通过对法引赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)、霞多丽(Chardonay)等15 个酿酒葡萄品种采用不同的冬季修剪方法,从萌芽率、果枝率、结果系数等方面较系统地研究了其对修剪的反应。结果表明,作为供试栽培品种的预备枝,采用单、双芽修剪效果好;对结果母枝采用3~4 芽的修剪,适合于大多数供试品种;中、长梢修剪(5 芽以上)会造成严重的结果部位外移和内部光秃。
