办公室工作是一项平凡而又清苦、光荣而又艰巨的工作。在办公室工作,要破除五种陈旧观念,树立五种创新意识。一是破除“无过便是功”的无为观念,树立“无功便是过”的进取意识。办公室工作接触面广,突发事件多,急难险事多,稍不注意就可能出现差错和失误,加之常常处在领导身边,出一点差错就容易暴露。一些同志认为,在办公室工作只要不出差错就是成绩,不去创新,不思进取。针对这种思想观念,我们提出没有成绩,就是过错,平时看表现,年终总结算,把各项工作尽可能量化,实行百分考核,激励办公室工作人员积极、努力工作,不断进取。
Office work is an ordinary and hard-working, honorable and arduous task. Work in the office, we must get rid of five kinds of old ideas, establish five kinds of sense of innovation. One is to get rid of the concept of “nothingness is powerlessness” and establish an enterprising consciousness of “no power is excessive.” Wide range of office work contacts, unexpected incidents, more urgent and more risks, a little bit of attention may be errors and mistakes, coupled with often in the leadership of the side, a little error is easily exposed. Some comrades think that working in the office as long as no mistakes is a result, not innovating and making progress. In response to this concept, we have made no achievements, no fault. Normally we look at the performance. We make final calculations at the end of the year. We quantify all kinds of work as much as possible and carry out a percentage assessment to motivate the staff in the office to work actively and keep making progress.
