目的探讨PDCA循环管理法用于降低全自动配药分包机拆零药品损耗率的效果,提升拆零药品规范化管理水平。方法通过收集药品损耗数据资料,分析造成全自动配药分包机拆零药品损耗的原因,综合运用PDCA循环管理技术和方法制订并实施拆零药品管理流程。将实施前、中、后的拆零药品损耗率情况进行比较分析。结果实施前、中、后拆零药品损耗率分别为0.143%、0.054%、0.029%,达到目标值1‰以下。结论有效的PDCA循环管理法实施能明显地降低全自动配药分包机拆零药品损耗率,使拆零药品管理规范化,并提升药学服务品质。
Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle management method on reducing the rate of loss of fully-automatic pharmaceutical subcontractor and to improve the standardization of the management of split-drug. Methods By collecting the data of drug loss data, the paper analyzed the reasons for the loss of fully-automatic pharmaceutical subcontractor, and made use of the PDCA cycle management techniques and methods to formulate and implement the management procedures of the drug-elimination and drug release. Will be implemented before, during and after the demolition of zero loss rate of drugs for comparative analysis. Results Before the implementation of the middle and after the demolition of zero drug loss rates were 0.143%, 0.054%, 0.029%, reaching the target value of 1 ‰ below. Conclusion The effective implementation of the PDCA cycle management method can significantly reduce the loss rate of the fully automatic pharmaceutical subcontractor to remove zero chemicals, standardize the management of the sub-zero chemicals and improve the quality of pharmacy services.
