经辽宁省经委批准,在省机械厅直接领导和组织下,辽宁省工程机械行业协会于1985年10月29日在沈阳正式成立。这是我国工程机械行业第一个跨部门的地区性协会。机械工业部重型矿山机械局、中国重型机械总公司、辽宁省经济委员会、省机械厅、经济日报以及辽宁地区机械、建工、交通、铁道等部门共60个单位99名代表出席了会议。
Approved by the Liaoning Economic Commission, under the direct leadership and organization of the Provincial Machinery Department, the Liaoning Construction Machinery Industry Association was formally established in Shenyang on October 29, 1985. This is the first cross-functional regional association in China’s construction machinery industry. The Ministry of Machinery Industry, Heavy Mining Machinery Bureau, China National Heavy Machinery Corporation, Liaoning Provincial Economic Commission, Provincial Machinery Department, Economic Daily, Liaoning Province Machinery, Construction, Transportation, Railway and other departments of a total of 60 units attended the meeting.
